Have a 2002 Dodge Stratus. Its having transmission problems. When started cold it drives fine but after around 30mins then transmission won't engage in any gears. It also makes a really weird whinning noise. Not the belt, never heard anything like it before. Might be unrelated though.

The fluid level is fine. The codes are:

p0700
p0731
p0732
P0740
p0846

Thanks in advance for any help. Im also wondering, I have a 99 Saturn that suffered a similar problem and all it required was a new input shaft nut (had come loose). Is this a problem on the dodge transmission that would explain this?
