Default Vibrations while idling

Hello new here I have a 2000 stratus with a 2.4 and i'm experiancing bad vibrations while idling like at a stop sign or a light while in gear with the brake applied. I have changed all the motor mounts, the plugs and wires, fuel filter, took out the idle air control and cleaned it, has a new timing belt (was doin it before i changed it thought that might be the prob but nope) I have noticed that it does idle lower than it use to use to idle at about 700 rpm i'm guessing and now its at 6 or lower. Is there any way to adjust the idle? When you accelerate the vibrations go away. I have searched a while trying to come up with a solution if anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated.
