Default fog lights

I am looking to upgrade my lighting situation as well. The manual calls for sae no. 886. the blue bulbs I am looking at for the fog lights are no. 894, but it says 894=881 886 889 896 898? So the way I read that is I can use 894 to replace the 886 bulbs in the fog lights correct?

The way you describe it that would sound right to me. If you can get your hands on the bulbs look at the wattage and the ears that hold the bulb in and the wiring harness check and see if they all look the same. If you can afford it I would suggest giving the siverstars a try. thats what I have and I love them.

silverstars as head lights, or fog lights? is the 880 going to replace the 886 for the fog lights? Are they the same white/blue light?

They also make the same bulb in a silverstar. I have seen them in such stores as walmart. The silverstars are a whoter light then the blues.

got the silverstars, they are sweet. Now where do I find a similar fog light? Or do I just need to go with a xenon bulb? Also, I f'd up putting on my window vent screens, can I just loosen the glue with a blow dryer and move it down a little? Or should I take it off and put some adhesive?
