blower resistor for 2001 Coupe
Hi everyone.
I've got a 2001 2.4L SE Coupe (85,000 miles, going strong) with a busted blower motor resistor.
I've read so many reports and seen videos on this repair, but I'm lost. None of the pics match what mine looks like under the pass side, so I think most must be referring to the sedans.
On my 2001, the resistor looks to be up above the blower motor and behind the glove box, so not immediately accessible.
Can anyone please help with the procedure for access or a link on replacement for this model if you know one.
Many thanks from a new member.
Mike

All set.
Key WAS to remove the glove box. The resistor was easy to remove with a small 8mm socket.
NOTE: After all that... the shop sold me the wrong replacement it seems. My '01 has a four prong connector in a SQUARE arrangement. The one they gave me has four prongs plus a small one in a ROW!
Uggh.
Thanks anyway, all.
