Just last week I had my battery changed since the old one was way past due (6 Years) So now, my 02 Stratus Sedans horn sounds like it wants to die out. It goes from a regular dry Dodge horn to almost silent. Any ideas ? Also, to get to horn does front light need to be removed? 1 last Q, which side would it be on, 02 Strat Sedan.
