My daughter's 1998 Dodge Stratus (previously my Wife's, then my mother's, and finally my daughter's) alarm has been going off constantly, and will not shut off unless you pull the Parking Lamp/Horn fuse in the engine compartment or the Horn/Radio fuse in the Cabin Fuse Box. I would like to know how to disable the factory anti-theft alarm, so that I can get my daughter's car through the State Inspection.
