lol... I had the same frustration as you man... I'm still lookin for a few more right now... But I can tell you what I have on mine right now that has boosted me up a little... I got a ram air intake, they don't make cold air for our cars... A KYO Racing exhaust... Replaced the sparks with NGK Platinum series sparks... The Spark wires with some 8.5 mm MSD performance ones, They are a little difficult to find... And I threw an MSD Performance coil in it... You won't be able to find one for a 00 Stratus but if you look at one for an SRT-4, Any where between an 95 - 00 will fit... Also get some header wrap man... Prob bout a 100ft. will do... Wrap that intake up to keep it cool... For some reason it's too close to the exhaust manifold and gets way too hot... Wrap up that exhaust manoifold too... Keep everything as cool as possible... I'm experimenting with a few other things right now... If they work I'll let cha in on 'em... But do what I have listen man and you'll be pretty happy...

Unfortunately the aftermarket for Stratus' isn't really huge. Those bolt-ons will give you a few horses but not much. You will probably barely notice it. I'd suggest a motor swap, or have your motor "built" if you truly want to be fast.

As a word of caution from personal experience (not on a Strat though), be careful when adding power to an engine with that number of miles.
The extra power has a bad habit of taking out an already worn lower end rather quickly.

Been there, done that, and the short term fun did not make up for the overall frustration and cost of tearing it down and rebuilding right.
Consider a rebuild first, unlike a catastrophic engine failure, you can schedule a rebuild into your calendar and budget! Then have fun moding….

Take your engine to a machine shop and have them build it.
