Default Loud noise????

I have a 2003 Stratus SXT with the 4 Cyl DOHC X-code engine and Auto tranny. It currently has a fairly loud noise that starts at about 30 MPH that sounds like a wheel bearing going out. I am very sure it is coming from the front of the vehicle and in the last four or five months I have replaced both front hubs/bearings and both CV Axles. I still have the noise and when you turn from side to side the noise never changes like it does when it is a wheel bearing. I know the lower ball joints are bad and need to be changed but I dont think they would cause this noise. The only other thing I am thinking it could be is the transmission! Has anyone ever had a problem like this? I really dont want to change the transmission!!!! I even changed out the drivers side bearing and axle last weekend hoping one of the new ones I had just put on about 8 months ago went bad already but it didnt affect the noise at all!!

Rotate your tires too, see if that helps.

Is the trans fluid clean or burnt? When was the last time it was changed, and how many miles do you have on your car now.

Yep, already rotated the tires! No difference.

I have not checked the color or smell of the fluid. I will do that tonight. I had to add some a couple weeks ago. It has a leak.

The car has 140,000 on it.
