Front Bumper Removal, Replacement

Hello, I have an 04 dodge stratus and the front bumper needs a fresh paint job. Please help me to remove this part. I possess good mechanical skills, but am not use to automobile work. Thanks

4 push clips on the top under the hood. 3 screws in each wheel well. I wanna say 6 push clips on the bottom. This info is relative to it being a sedan.
