Default 2006 Stratus 2.7 drove without oil

This morning my car shut down at a stop after driving a few miles and wouldn't start. I looked around and discovered there was no oil on the dipstick, added 3 quarts of oil which brought it up to the add mark. It won't start now and makes a chirping sound when cranking, acts like the battery is low as well. I'm worried that the chirping sound is a burnt piston scraping the cylinder wall. Had to get a ride to work after towing back to the house, going to do a compression check tonight. What should the cranking psi be? Any guesses on what the problem might be. I know it's not going to be good the car has been driven several thousand miles since the oil was last checked.

If you drove it a few miles with no oil, the engine is totally lunched. Pull it for a complete rebuild, there's no half-assed way to fix this.

That's about what I figured. I'm not gonna half *** anything as a break down in the middle of winter could get ugly. What would acceptable psi be for compression on a 2.7L with 199500 miles on it. 160 PSI?
