Hello, I'm new to DF and appreciate any help you offer. I recently bought an 05 Stratus RT 5 speed. it's a great car and runs great. Other than when i first engage into first, and from first to second. my clutch engages about halfway down which is fine. but unless i kind of baby the clutch, it just sort of drops into gear and jerks like i dumped it. and if i dont shift quickly when going into second, in drops into gear as well. other than that, down shifting is fine and the other gears as well. perhaps its in my mind and i'm overreacting. as it is my first dodge i've owned. thank you for all your help. i hope it might just be a possible fluid flush or minor adjustment. lastly, i have no issues with hills or power issues
