2004 Dodge Stratus Steering

Was in an accident, and now my steering wheel has freedom of spinning.
When I spin the wheel I can see the steer shaft spinning...
What could it be? and is there a fix?

what can you see spinning ,piece under steering wheel where it goes in firewall or piece where it goes on gear box
