02 Stratus just won't start
My 2002 Dodge Stratus won't start. I changed water pump and timing belt. After putting it back together, the car just won't start. We have power at all injectors and coil. Upon cranking we only then have power in injector #2 and at the coil. When powered up the 2 grounding leads for coil shows power feedback, once you crank engine over you don't get a grounding pulse and power feedback is lost on one of the leads.
