ignition fuse blows constantly

I replaced the starter on a 2000 stratus 2.4 with a used unit. The used unit bench tests fine, but every time the key tries to crank it over, the ignition fuse blows. Any ideas out there?

How'd you get on with that, having the same problem here, put in an exchange starter in and doing the same thing ...
