Change the blower resistor, it will fix ur problem.
If you put in a new resistor, and it dies again within a year, then change the resistor WITH the blower motor.
Also, sometimes on the stratus, the new/redesigned resistor will be bigger, and not fit into the slot, you might have to trim the hole bigger with a razor knife.
you should find the blower and the resistor behind the glove box, just lay upside down on the passenger side floor with your flash light.
