My stratus has began clicking quite a but at the front end. The clicking picks up speed when the car is at higher speeds. When I accelerate, the clicking can't be heard until I take my foot off the gas and coast. Same applies to the brake. The more I press the brake, the less noise. The more I turn on the steering wheel to the right, the louder it gets, but the more I turn to the left, the quieter it gets. Any ideas?

 

sounds like you have a bad cv(contant velocity ) joint

 

It's easier to replace the entire axle then just the joint. I assume you have a 2.4 DOHC and on Rockauto.com the entire axle for 100.00 or less (depending on type/etc)
