this is concerning a 2000 stratus 2.4 every time i attempt to start car the PCM fuse blows. does this mean the pcm is bad? is there another cause of the fuse blowing? if it is the pcm can i swap it with one from junk yard? if not can I purchase one that will improve performance?

 

examine the harness from the PCM to the fuse box, for shorted wires, crimping, excessive bending, meltiing from heat, etc.
