When i turn on my status the rpms rev up and down, i put the car in drive and it jerks forward. Ive replaced the inner and outer sensors on the car but it still runs funny..... any help out there will sure be helpful.

 

Check for a vacuum leak that could be causing it.
If you've not replaced the hoses at all, you've likely got more than one leak in there. Be prepared to replace any that you touch as they're likely somewhat brittle now.
