Default 00 Stratus No Power

I have a 00 Stratus 2.4L.
I put a brand new battery in about 1 month ago.
I have not driven it for a couple of weeks.
Yesterday, I started it up, started just fine, but then I turned it back off in about 30 seconds, because I had forgotten to take care of something in the house.
About 1-1/2 hours later, I came back out to start it, and it is completely dead.
No power to anything. The dome light doesn't even come on.
I thought that was really really strange, seeing that it had started just fine earlier.
I hooked up a jump starter to the car and let it sit for a bit.
This will usually at least turn the dome light on, but this time, nothing.
It is like something has come loose, or a fuse somewhere has blown or something.
I did check the fuses under the hood with a multimeter, and they appear fine. I also checked the battery cables, and they are good and tight.
Any ideas on what else to check?

It sounds like something is draining the battery, or the alternator isn't charging it up enough.

No... It sounds like a grounding or connection issue. He mentioned that he hooked it up to a charger, and the dome light didn't come back on there either. So it's NOT parasitic power drain...

I would follow the wires and see if any are disconnected or corroded.
