My 2002 dodge stratus rt v6 3.0 will start up but die after 2 seconds. I can keep it running if I have my foot on the throttle but if I let go it will surge then die. The air sensor is good. Spark is good. Half tank of gas. The manual says it might be my PCM but I can keep it goin if my foots on the pedal. I checked vacuum lines are they seem to be alright. My pump and filter are fine. I'm running out of ideas. What could it be? The car is parked on a small incline. Could that be a issue?

 

I just had similar issue with girlfriends car and it was the fuel pump. How do you know the pump is good?
