Default At first rough start, now no start

2003 Stratus 2.4 DOHC. Recently had the water pump, timing belt, tensioner and idler replaced. Once done the car would start and run fine. A couple weeks later the car would be hard to start and when it started it would idle rough for about 10 to 15 seconds and the engine would smooth out and run fine. Now the car won't start at all. It acts like it wants to start but won't, almost like lack of fuel. I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the key in the on position. I am thinking I need to check the fuel pressure but can someone let me know what the pressure needs to be at?

I could be wrong on the fuel pressure, any ideas on what else it could be?

Thanks in advance.

Update: pulled #2 plug and it was wet with gas. Eventually got it running, puffing a lot of unspent gas out of the exhaust and now it is running fine again. If I let it sit for a few hours and try and start it I get the rough start again. Bad injector maybe?

Any help is much appreciated.
