Horn will not sound when steering wheel button is pressed, I have replaced the fuse just to be on the safe side and still no sound. Also cruise control in the car doesnt work as well, I dont know if that makes a difference or not

 

Could be your clockspring needs replaced

 

is there a way to be more sure?
