Unhappy '03 2.4L coupe won't start and stalls at stops

<SOLVED IN MY REPLY BELOW>
Okay so I have seen a couple other post like this but they didn't give much information and didn't have any responses. My '03 2.4L stratus coupe will not always turn over, it will make the initial "click" then instead of beginning to turn, it does nothing. This has happened periodically over the last 8months with around a 3 month gap where I experienced no problems.
Two days ago it would not turn over no matter how long I waited. After about 90minutes I tapped on the starter and messed with a couple things, I was then able to start it . . . then the next thing came. It now sputters and usually stalls at stops, but turns back on immediately or after a couple attempts.
I have tested the battery and the alternator and both are good, I ruled out the starter due to the stalls. I am assuming it is an electrical problem or possibly something to do with the fuel system, but I have no other problems other than when it comes to igniting and stopping.

Help is much appreciated, thank you!

Default Yayyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

So I figured out my problem... ANYONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH STARTING AND STALLS AT STOPS should try checking this... The Idle Air Control Valve, which is located on the throttle body of the 2.4L engine I have, was apparently very dirty. I just cleaned out the IAC and the throttle body while I was at it and viola! the issue has vanished!
