I have a 2002 Stratus R/T that had the same problem. It soaked both the front RH/LH side of the car. It also soak the amp under the seat which is NOW shot. Check your amp its under the passenger seat.
Anyway BillS is right, there are drains in the RH/LH front door pillars. That is your problem! They are real small and get clogged. Follow the groove on the roof above the doors down to the front windshield rigth by the pillars. There is a small hole there with a hose the goes down the inside of the pillar and drains under the car at the back of the front fenders.
I ran a small wire down the line and flushed it out with HOT water. The car is dry now but I don't have a stereo any more.
Hope this helps!
