I have a 2005 Stratus Coupe SXT and I'm about to do a coolant flush on it. It currently has (and has had for the three years I've owned it) green antifreeze, yet the owner's manual says to use HOAT.

Since my car already has what I assume to be generic antifreeze in it currently, will buying something like Prestone be ok or do I have to shell out the extra cash for the manufacturer recommended stuff?
