2000 straus will not start.

I have a 2000 Stratus that started dying and now will not start. Replaced plugs disp. cap, rotor, plug wires,and fuel filter. Have spark and fuel pressure. It acts like it wants to start(fires once) then nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.
