Default Outer Tie Rod

Second Outer Tie Rod I replaced in less than 2 years. When I first replaced it, it was nice and tight. Then I recently jacked up my car and wiggled my tire from the 9 & 3 o'clock position and felt some play. Whats more likely that i'm not getting that extra turn on the castle nut or the mounting hole for the outer tie rod has worn out? Any advice would be be greatly appreciated....

The replacement tie rods have grease fittings. Unlike the originals that are sealed. If you don't grease it every 3 to 4 months it'll dry up and go bad.

The quality of part used makes a difference as well. Sometimes spending a few extra $$ makes a difference. I second greasing at least every oil change. Just don't forget to grease when the new piece is installed. Did you verify the wheel is locked or that the whole rack is not moving?
