I got in a wreck in my 99 dodge stratus 2.4L awhile back and got hit right in the place the battery is and it bent up broke some of the metal holding the tray and battery hold down. I tried welding it back but it looks too far gone so I was wondering if I could fab up something from sheet metal to hold the battery in the fender or could I buy a replacement some where.

 

without seeing it you should be able to make something work ,dodge does sell the tray think its 60 some dollars list(or used at junk yard) , or you might find a universal tray at a parts place that you could fit in there
