How many of these were mfg? I've never seen one with the special edition badge. It was formally a handicapped vehicle, but I don't think special edition stands for handicapped vehicle. Also, I ask this question b4, with no response. How does one determine the options on the vehicle...besides eye balling them. Things like R/T performance pkg, R/T power equip pkg.
