99' Instrument Panel Issue
Hello all, yesterday I bought my first cloud car. Man is it different from my Neons lol. Anyways, the RPM gauge when I was test driving the car didn't work until it "warmed up" and then it looked like it was sticking. Went ahead and bought the car anyways, on the way home the dial totally flipped and now around 3k (I assume) its reading 7k and 4k its reading 6k and so on. Do the cloud cars have the same issue that Neons have with the instrument panel needing to be re-soldiered? Also, what is the easiest way of removing the cluster. I feel if I just try and start pulling up on trim I'll break something without knowing how all the trim is connected (IE, what trim is connected to what piece and so on).
