Hey guys
Im looking to get this stratus for a good deal, I really like the car but i noticed to possibly scary problems with it. First has to do with the front passenger wheel, it has a lot of play in and looks like its leaning towards the outside like its going to tip over. when i looked underneath behind the wheel I can see where the wheel meets the booty area of the axle, something split, you can see all the grease and this is where the play comes from when my friend wiggled the wheel, I know i shouldnt drive it like this but would the wheel fall off the car??

Also the brake pedal kinda just mushes to the floor, the brakes seemed to work in drive and reveres(thats as much as i moved it) does this soundd like a big deal, the guy said it needed brake pads, or is there more to the story

I really liked the car just would like to know what Im "Really' getting into

Sounds like the wheel bearing is shot, also explains the soft pedal (due to the tilt of the rotor). Its a hub and bearing assembly.
