My 2005 Stratus is having minor issues.

The horn will blow but instead of a robust honk, it blows out a shallow squawk.
additionally the back-lit dial on the meters is a little dim.

Power steering works fine, operates fine and the indicator light is bright.

I'm thinking some connectors are in need of cleaning.

Tips on what to try out would be appreciated.
