its overheating because the cooling fans wont come on why not

 

Many reasons. What year? Mileage? etc. Could start with the fan relay, swap it with another. Could be a temp sensor. Could be unplugged. Could be a bad fan motor. How's the coolant level and condition? Have you checked to see if 12 volts is getting to the fan motor? A little more info provided would go a long way in getting the help you need.
