i have my stratus back together after buying as is with bent valves.

i enjoy driving it, but i believe i'm missing parts underneath the front end.

i have the side shields, but shouldn't there be covers for the bottom, ahead of the front tires? and maybe something under the engine?

 

That's a pic of the top of the engine. What year stratus?

 

I know its a coupe, but not sure of the year. I know on my 01/02 there werent any shields when I bought it. The bumper bolts to mounting tabs on the core support; i never noticed any other tabs for a shield though.
Is it causing noises or drag or something?
