was driving my 2004 dodge stratus se 4 door down the street and it started to cut off so i pulled it over and put oil in it because it said it needed oil and it countinted to cut off so i drove it more and it over heated the brakes got hard and was hard to turn and would not pick up speed now car cranks but will not turn over i really need help if any one knows what the problem is

 

You quite possibly damaged the engine internally by driving it without oil.

 

Is this a easy fix and about how much would it cost

 

If you damaged the engine internally it is not an easy fix and it will be expensive. How much? I don't know. I suggest you have it towed to a service facility for proper diagnosis.
