Radiator tip hose

The top radiator hose sucked closed when I start my car. I went and replaced the hose 4 days ago and this new one is doing the same thing. I have a 2004 stratus. Any ideas what I should check next?

I would check hose from coolant tank to engine could be clogged or bad radiator cap most likely causes
