Default Possible ground wire/BCM issue

2000 Dodge Stratus

When it is hot outside, gauges, windshield wipers, locks, and AC do not work.
Sometimes they will turn on after driving for a while, sometimes they never turn on.
I've had people suggest ground wire or the BCM to be the issue. Do you think that is the issue? Is that something I can fix by myself?
Thank you for your help,
Victoria

The problem is simple brush the BCM with wire brush contacts no dielectric grease just a brush the contacts with a stainless steel brush

2008 Ram 2500 4 door HD 5.7L SLT

Windshield wiper linkage for the passenger side... the plastic cup faces upwards and grit gets into it and wares the hole large enough to fall off. Now on my 3rd one (can't just get the part either) on my 2008.

ABS Control Module is a male plug facing up with a plastic extrusion around it that holds water. The prongs on the ABS Module are not copper and rust off. LOL. I think this is 99% of the issues with speedometers not working and people with ABS & Brake light illuminated on the dash.

I do drive my truck on the beach (Pacific Ocean) in SW Washington so it gets a lot of sand and salt air, so some of this may just be the environment I am in that I have listed below
Rusted though one oil pan
Rusted though both lower control arms on the front axle
Rusted though the emergency breaks guts inside the read rottor
Just noticed transmission fluid on the ground so likely another item killed via salt water. hahaha.
and for whatever reason I get a codes for a bad air intake temp sensor. I replaced it once and then just gave up on it. I could clear the code and it would reset once in a while.

Overall I really "use" my truck and it has held up good, but the more electronic stuff they add, the worse it is.
