Help with rumble coming from front drivetrain 05 Stratus 2.7
Hello,
My Stratus has a rumble/hum coming from the front axle somewhere. It is speed sensitive, and starts at about 30 mph, gets quieter around 70 mph. The sound stops if I am turning right. There is also a slight vibration in the drivers floorboard at low speeds I can feel. Any ideas on what this is? My guess was wheel bearings or CV axles, but everything feels tight and solid there. Am I missing something?

Did you recently have a CV axle replaced?
Our 06 did this, ended up the balance weight on the axle was in the wrong place, causing it to rub on the rear exhaust manifold, had to swap axles to fix it.
Otherwise I would go for wheel bearings, likely DS if you can feel it on the floor.
