I cannot turn my steering wheel. Whenever I try to turn it it completely locks up and then will let loose for a second and lock up again, while doing this my tire shakes and it makes a really loud squeaking/squealing noise. Does anybody know what the problem is and how to fix it?

 

Have you checked anything yourself? Fluid level? Belt condition?
