Default 2003 dodge stratus idle/drive issue

I replaced the battery, it died due to a light left on. So I replaced it, drove it a mile and the car died 2 times while in drive at a stop or when I did not apply the gas pedal (not instantly). So I took the alternator out and had in checked to verify the voltage and it passed 3 times in a row. I went ahead and installed A new since it was original and the car is displaying the same issue. Only check engine light on is for a EGR (but that was already a current issue before). Car does not drive rough and does not have any accerlation lagging when at higher speed. No visible cracks or loose vaccum hoses. Any thoughts?

Probably needs to relearn the idle.

Default I have a 2002 R/T Stratus 3.0L same issue

I have replaced the ignition wires and valve cover gaskets and plugs using oem type. It lost power to the fuel pump relay. I ran a direct source. Now it dies when a electrical load is applied. Also has a egr code. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Check the electrical connections at the battery and the IPM (Integrated Power Module) under the hood. Corrosion on the connectors can cause all kinds of funky issues. Also check the chassis grounds. I've heard that all the Chrysler vehicles after the model refreshes in 2000-2001 are very picky about having good batteries and clean electrical connections.
