Hey, every so often with increasing regularity, my 2004 base model neon (auto trans) will decide it cant go over 2200 rpm acting like its hitting the rev limiter. It continues this for the rest of my trip across town. When I start it back up, sometimes it works again, sometimes it still wont go over 2200. I saw a few posts with a dozen different solutions, but non of them mentioned that the problem was intermittent like mine. Any ideas where to start? I havent had a chance to get my cel codes read yet but will do so after work.
