Hello everyone Im new to the dodge forum. hopefully someone can help me out.

I went to change the spark plugs and noticed oil in the spark plug boots. so i went to change the valve cover gasket and tube seals on the valve cover but noticed there is no spark plug tubes but noticed that it looks like it was recently done with felpro gaskets. so not sure if the previous owner had it done and they didnt put back the tubes. is this normal for this engine? i went to look for the tubes online and cant find any for this engine. do they not require them. thank you for any help!
