Default Voltige spiking when hitting the throttle

Ok well it all started with a bad alt voltage dropping replaced alt now it spiking to 15.8 volts once motor is under even the slightest load to the point where all the cluster panel is dropping out and car shuts down and pcm fuse blows I checked all grounds and powers and cleaned them all up and not seeing any wiring issues any clue where to go from there

Might have a bad alternator. If it's rebuilt some are good some are bad. I'd take it back and exchange it.

Please add your vehicle details so we know what we are dealing with.

Ok it's a 2000 straits with a 2.0 had alt bench tested and passed every time I checked all grounds and powers cleaned then to make sure of good contact went on a test run everything was good till the car hits around 2700 rpm then it gets a high spike of voltage of around 15.8 Then dash gos out and let off gas then everything comes back to life and runs fine so why is there a spike of that amount at 2700 rpm or should I take and swap out alt again
