Default Help 01 stratus 3.0L r/t

ok been out of work for 3 days bc i have no car. so my only car is a 01 stratus r/t 3.0L and i cant find any info on the car pretty much anywhere and the info book that comes with it is junk shows nothing. i need to know what all is connected and can blow the engine control fuse #13 in the fuse box under the hood it keeps blowing this fuse about every 1-10 mins of driving when taking off from a stop light iv been thru 12 fuses to get home i assumed it was a bad ground on 02 sensor but i un hooked all 4 sensors i could find same problem i found a recall on the car for the crankshaft position sensor but i cant find any info on it as to where it is at. the recall is bc the wire melts on the heat shield and cause it to ground out so boom most likely my problem aside of maybe ignition coil going out or alternator. but i cant find it. at frist i thought maybe it was build in with the distributor/ignition but the part seams to be sold separate mind that auto zone and advance and napa all do not sell most parts for this car and can not order them so my only luck serch is e-bay and google. but i need help if any one knows what i could check as to this problem and where is the crankshaft position sensor located exactly

Thanks. I took a look and think I found the crank sensor. It's just a single yellow wire and seems to be fine. Also, digging around through all my wires I could find, I noticed that my distributor cap is leaking engine oil. Not that uncommon. Can I just fix the o-ring and be done? Anyone know if the oil leak could short out/blow engine fuse #13?
