Default Oil Dip Stick, Anyone have info?

My car: '06 Stratus 2.4 DOHC, VIN "X"

I'm removing the oil pan today to replace the gasket. Figured while I have it removed, I should get the old dipstick out of the tube. (It broke in half and is lodged inside the tube) I want to do this the safe way and just remove the tube and push the stick out from the bottom.

So two questions:

1. The dipstick housing (aka tube), is it located on the pan? Above the pan? Or the manifold?

2. Anyone know how many bolts hold onto it? Just one? Do you know the size?

A procedure of how to remove the tube is also welcomed

Alright, so I did it tonight (fixed the dipstick) and just in case someone needs help with this in the future, here's what you do. Raise your car and remove your oil pan. Don't worry it's easy. Here's a pic

There are 7 bolts that you'll need a 5/8ths socket to remove (I recommend a breaker bar, and also, I had to use a socket wrench for #3 bolt). One these are taken out, the structural collar will come off exposing all 13 of the pan bolts. They're all 10mm's and you're going to need a fairly long extension. After the pan is removed, the picture below is what you'll see. Just push the dipstick up and boom. Done. Replace your gasket while you're at it. No one ever does that enough.

This is time consuming, but not hard. And I don't really feel this needs to be said, but I know someone is gonna state the obvious. Yes, you're going to need to change your oil and filter.
