Replaced the O2 sensor you mean? You can reset the ECU by unhooking the battery for a bit, but thats not recommended because the car will act funny and youll be back here saying the car is acting funny 
Go to your local auto parts store, have them run the code, and ask them to clear all codes. If the check engine light comes back on, you have another problem.
