I have a 2006 Stratus. The wipers are not working right. they will work some time but most of the time are not working.I have replaced the motor, relays, and switch. Need help. Could it be a ground issue? I so how do I check that.

 

Check for motor being correctly grounded. This is done while the wipers are malfunctioning. Connect a test light from the wiper motor to the negative post on the battery. Turn the ignition to "on" and the wiper switch to "low". If the wiper motor is not grounded the test light will be lit.
