Hello I have a 97 Dodge Stratus 2.0 liter. I went to change the power steering belt the other day and I couldn't find where to release the tension of the belt that's currently on it. I read the book and watched a couple videos but I can never find a video on my exact model. Any information would be great thank you.

 

There are three bolts: the pivot bolt at the top of the pump that you loosen from the top of the engine, and two locking bolts on either side of the pump body that you loosen from under the car. There's also a 0.5" square hole in the pump housing to attach a breaker bar / tensioner tool for tensioning the belt on assembly.
