Does anyone know where the dome light switch is located and the wires for the dome light switch?

Im trying to install interior LED lighting and logo welcome projector. Would like those lights to come on when the doors are opened.

Normally they travel up either one of the a pillars. Pull the covers off and look. Might also be useful to invest in a Haynes manual which will have wiring diagrams.

 

Depending on the package model you have, the 2 wire connector for the door panel lamp that is driven by dome circuit, will be tethered back to the main door harness with friction tape.


The door ajar switches are inside the latch assembly. They're not door jamb, spring loaded anymore.
