Default Desperate need of mechanical help....

Hello. I got a 2004 Dodge Stratus 2.4L DOHC.. about a week ago I went out to start it up to go to work. Fired right up went in the house and got busy with calls and stuff and wife says your car is still running do you want be to shut it off I said yeah go ahead. Well it was already shut off and would not start. Found out the timing belt wasn't moving while cranking. So I replaced timing belt, water pump, 2 serpentines and tensioner pulleys, plugs air filter. And fired her up. Now it wants to shut off after it runs for awhile and coolant doesn't seem to be circulating as bottom hose gets hHOT and top hose stays cold. Heater blows cold air. The car runs great, more power than its ever had since I bought it. Didn't skip a beat but when I slow down to a stop sign or to turn it shuts off .. Doesn't give a warning like any missing, stuttering, nothing just shuts off smooth and quietly.

I read somewhere where PCM might need reset, Could this do it since I had battery unhooked for days? Is there anything coolant related to do this shutting off thing?
